We reserve the right to decline material that we reasonably believe is unlawful, offensive, misleading, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate.
6. Distribution Services
We will carry out distribution within the agreed area and timescale wherever reasonably possible.
Delivery schedules are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Distribution may occasionally vary due to operational requirements.
7. GPS Route Verification
Where included, GPS tracking is used to demonstrate the delivery route undertaken.
GPS data provides evidence of the distribution route but does not guarantee delivery to every individual property.

Completion confirmation
Reports are intended to provide transparency regarding completed work.
9. Access Restrictions
Certain locations may be inaccessible due to:
Locked communal entrances

We cannot guarantee delivery where lawful or safe access is unavailable.
10. Payment

Verified Local Marketing, its branding, logos, trading name, website content, campaign documentation, templates, operating systems, customer processes, reporting formats, software, databases, marketing materials and associated intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Toys and Fingers Ltd.
No part of the Verified Local Marketing business system may be copied, reproduced, adapted, distributed or used commercially without the prior written permission of Toys and Fingers Ltd.
Any authorised use of the Verified Local Marketing brand or business systems shall be subject to separate written agreements and may be withdrawn at our discretion.
